Soon you will see Little Libraries on the grounds of your neighborhood elementary school. These libraries are for everyone!
Little Libraries are a way to share good books to read in a convenient way. You don't need to check out these books with a card, you just borrow the book, enjoy it and put it back! The Little Libraries are small receptacles that look like big bird houses on a post. We have the Euclid Library Foundation to thank for providing these libraries. We also thank Boy Scout Troop 161 and Ricky Ferlito who coordinated the painting and installation of the Little Libraries.
Take a book, leave a book and tell your neighbors about these new Little Libraries! We hope you'll enjoy them and that you'll leave a message in the books you've read so others will know how much you liked them!
Don't forget, this isn't a place to return the items you've borrowed on your library card from our Euclid Public Library or the school's library. Those items need to be returned directly to the library where you borrowed them. The Little Library books are clearly labeled.
