Where:
Shore Room
As people came from all over the globe to settle in America, the one thing that bound them together were the games we played in the streets. Remember hop scotch, kick the can and ghost in the graveyard? Those types of games were ones we used to play long into the evening until Mom expected us home.
Technology has replaced these games for modern children, but street games always have held a cultural importance and have given us special moments to engage in our community. Please join us for tonight's film. We know you'll enjoy this nostalgic look at the fun days of summer long ago.
We'll provide the popcorn! The film runs 76 minutes.
