Yoga for Kids

Yoga helps children develop: self-awareness, confidence, balance, creativity, concentration, and relaxation. In this class, children will be taught breathing practices, yoga poses, and relaxation techniques. The day will include games, music, and LOTS of fun! Join Emily, a special education teacher and certified Kids Yoga instructor, for a fun-filled class. Please wear comfortable clothes and remember to choose ONLY ONE SESSION.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each child must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate.
Registration begins February 25th. grades 1-5.
