2020 Euclid Public Library Summer Reading Program
Monday, June 1 – Saturday, July 18, 2020 -- All Ages
Due to COVID-19, EPL Summer Reading will be online for 2020.
Children 6th grade and younger are tasked with reading 15 minutes a day while teens are challenged to read 30-45 minutes a day. The more you read, the more entries you earn for our grand prize drawing! Earn additional grand prize entries by completing activities at home. Every child and teen who completes summer reading will receive a prize pack!
Adults will earn grand prize entries for every five hours read between June 1 and July 18. There will be two grand prize winners.
How to participate online
download the Beanstack Tracker app available for Apple and Android devices.
If you are unable to participate online, attached to the bottom of this webpage you will find PDFs of program trackers for children and teens. Print out the tracker and track your reading progress through July 18. Due to COVID, we are only accepting paper trackers in person the week of July 20-25. If you have earned a prize, library staff will call you the week of July 27 to pick up your prize so please remember to put your phone number on the form.
If you participated online in 2019, your account is still active. Your username and password are the same. You will be prompted to update your child’s age and grade.
If you have any issues setting up or logging in to your account, click on Chat with Us on the bottom left of any page on our website or call the Children’s Desk at 216-261-5300 x4.
Don't forget about library programs!
The library is offering limited services at the moment but don't let that stop you from interacting with our staff and participating in virtual programs! We would love to see you! Visit our event calendar here to register for programs such as a Talent Show, Two Truths and a Lie, virtual game shows, crafts and of course, storytime! Storytime will be offered three times a day every Tuesday in June. See you there!
