Requests for delivery on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the next business day. EPL staff will email you or call you with an estimated delivery date.

A Youth Services Department Staff Member will contact you by email within 2 business days to inform you of issues (if any), let you know the books are available for pick-up, or to schedule a delivery if that option is available to you (schools in the city of Euclid only).

We will hold books for pick-up for 7 calendar days from the date they are ready. Teacher requests not picked up within 7 calendar days will need to be requested again.
